Susan Yuen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) in Sacramento, CA.
Why does Susan combine nutrition and therapy?
After spending several years working with those who are challenged with anxiety and/or addictions, Susan felt the need to expand her training to more effectively address both the physical and the social/emotional issues related to these challenges. Simply changing your thoughts about your life only goes so far if you are living off of fast food, caffeine and sugar. If you correct core imbalances through diet and lifestyle, you will most likely accelerate your results and achieve your wellness goals. Getting to the root cause of your challenges is Susan's passion and she will work with you collaboratively to help you live the life of your dreams.
